0. Website Access & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website, all bookings, checkouts, payments, digital access, remote sessions, subscriptions, memberships, and participation in closed or paid communities provided by WLOVE FZ-LLC.
For certain services, bookings, or formats, additional or separate agreements, booking-specific terms, or written confirmations may apply. In such cases, those additional terms shall supplement these Terms & Conditions and, where expressly stated, take precedence for the respective service.
By accessing the website, booking a service, completing a checkout, or participating in any offering, the user (“Customer”) confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. If the Customer does not agree, they must refrain from using the website or services.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of booking, checkout, or access shall apply. Specific terms provided during the booking process (e.g., via Acuity Scheduling) or within booking confirmation emails are considered binding and part of the agreement for that specific service.
The services offered by WLOVE FZ-LLC are intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By booking or participating, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age. If a parent or legal guardian purchases a service for a minor, the parent/guardian becomes the sole contractual partner and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation and well-being.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between WLOVE FZ-LLC (“Provider”) and customers worldwide for the provision of energetic and consciousness-oriented services via online platforms, live formats, digital access, or remote sessions. Other individual agreements, booking confirmations, or special conditions may apply in addition to or in replacement of these Terms, if explicitly stated in writing.
The contractual partner is the legal entity identified at checkout. If acceptance is made by an affiliated entity, the contract rights and obligations apply equally to that entity and to WLOVE FZ-LLC.
These Terms also apply to paid communities, closed groups, subscriptions, memberships, and group-based offerings provided via third-party platforms.
2. Nature of the Service / Main Performance
The services offered by WLOVE FZ-LLC are purely energetic, experiential, subjective, and consciousness-oriented.
The service:
does not constitute medical, therapeutic, psychological, scientific, or health-related treatment;
includes no promise of healing, success, effect, or outcome;
is based on subjective perception and individual openness of the customer;
does not constitute coaching, consulting, mentoring, or advisory services in a professional or regulated sense.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship
The services provided:
do not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment;
do not constitute healthcare services;
are not intended to treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any illness or condition;
do not establish a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or practitioner–patient relationship.
Customers are advised to seek qualified medical or psychological professionals if required.
4. Customer Responsibility
By concluding a contract, the customer confirms that:
participation is made voluntarily and under full personal responsibility;
the decision to book and pay is made freely, without pressure or coercion;
the customer remains fully responsible for their physical, mental, emotional, and overall personal well-being;
the customer understands that all experiences are subjective and cannot be guaranteed or reproduced.
5. Immediate Start of Performance & Waiver of Withdrawal Right
By placing an order or booking a specific call slot, the customer explicitly requests the immediate commencement of the service before expiry of any statutory withdrawal period.
The customer acknowledges that:
the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service (e.g., completion of an individual call) or provision of digital content;
no refund is due once the service has commenced or access to a closed group/membership has been granted;
subscriptions can be cancelled at any time for the future, but payments already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable.
for individual calls, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires once the call has been fully performed, even if the 14-day withdrawal period has not yet expired.
no refund is due once the service has commenced or been completed;
for digital or remotely delivered content, access may be granted immediately after payment.
The customer expressly agrees that performance may begin immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal may expire upon such commencement. This applies in particular to customers within the European Union.
6. Booking & Rescheduling Policy for Individual Calls
This section applies specifically to calls that are booked and paid for as individual, stand-alone services.
a. Payment & Commitment: Individual calls must be paid in full at the time of booking. By booking a specific call slot, the customer enters into a binding agreement for that time.
b. Rescheduling: The customer may reschedule a booked individual call one time only, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Further rescheduling requests or requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are not permitted.
c. Cancellations & No-Shows: Individual calls are non-refundable. If a customer fails to attend an individual call ("No-Show") or attempts to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the call will be forfeited without any right to a refund or replacement.
d. Provider Rescheduling: WLOVE FZ-LLC reserves the right to reschedule an individual call due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness). In such cases, the customer will be offered a replacement slot or a full refund for that specific call.
7. Prices, Payment & Transfers
All prices are stated in the checkout process and are binding.
Accepted payment methods may include for example:
Credit card
Stripe
PayPal
Bank transfer
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, invoices are issued without VAT.
For business customers (B2B), reverse-charge mechanisms may apply where legally required.
VAT treatment for consumers (B2C) follows applicable statutory regulations.
The Provider reserves the right to modify prices for future services at any time.
Payments are considered binding contractual commitments and are non-refundable once performance has commenced.
In case of agreed installment payments:
each installment becomes due on the agreed date;
continuation of services may be suspended if payments are delayed;
the full remaining balance becomes immediately due if the customer defaults on two consecutive payments.
Advance payments and installment agreements constitute binding contractual obligations independent of subjective experience or perceived outcome.
8. Usage & Licensing
The services are provided exclusively for private use.
Any commercial, professional, or public use, including teaching, sublicensing, recording, reproduction, or redistribution, requires prior written authorization by WLOVE FZ-LLC.
Certificates, licenses, or accreditations are not part of the contract and are not owed.
The customer shall not claim any intellectual property rights or derivative rights arising from the service.
Website Content & Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and digital materials, is the property of WLOVE FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may be used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or derivative use requires prior written consent.
9. Closed Groups, Communities & Third-Party Platforms
Where access to services is granted through closed groups, paid communities, channels, or membership spaces hosted on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Telegram, Instagram, or similar services), the following applies:
a) Platform Responsibility
The technical operation, availability, and data processing of such platforms are solely the responsibility of the respective platform provider.
WLOVE FZ-LLC has no control over and no liability for platform outages, account restrictions, content moderation by the platform, or technical disruptions.
b) Access & Availability
Access to closed groups is granted for the agreed duration of the service.
Temporary interruptions, platform restrictions, or changes of platform do not constitute a defect of performance.
WLOVE FZ-LLC reserves the right to migrate groups to another platform if required for technical, legal, or operational reasons.
c) Conduct & Participation
Participants agree to respectful, non-abusive, and lawful conduct within closed groups.
Harassment, hate speech, spamming, advertising, recording, or redistribution of content without consent is prohibited.
d) Moderation & Removal Rights
WLOVE FZ-LLC reserves the right to moderate content and to temporarily or permanently remove participants from closed groups in case of violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or abuse.
Such removal may occur at the sole discretion of WLOVE FZ-LLC and does not entitle the participant to any refund, reimbursement, compensation, or price reduction, even if access is terminated before the agreed duration.
e) Voluntary Participation
Participation in closed groups is voluntary.
The Provider may, at its own discretion, restrict or terminate access at any time in order to protect the integrity of the group or other participants, without creating any obligation to refund, reimburse, or compensate.
f) Confidentiality
Content shared within closed groups may be confidential in nature.
Participants agree not to record, copy, distribute, or disclose group content or personal statements of other participants without prior written consent.
g) Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. WLOVE FZ-LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, availability, or practices of such websites. Access is at the Customer’s own risk.
10. Liability
WLOVE FZ-LLC shall not be liable for:
subjective experiences or perceived effects;
expectations of outcomes or success;
indirect or consequential damages;
decisions, actions, or life changes taken by the customer based on the service.
technical disruptions on the part of the customer (e.g., poor internet connection, audio/video issues) that prevent an individual call from taking place. Such calls are considered performed.
Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.
Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold WLOVE FZ-LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
Termination of access
WLOVE FZ-LLC reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the website, services, or communities at any time in case of violations of these Terms, misuse, or conduct detrimental to the Provider or other participants.
Termination does not entitle the Customer to any refund or compensation.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
Place of jurisdiction shall be Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or the Provider expressly agrees to another jurisdiction in writing.
12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
No oral side agreements exist. Amendments must be made in writing.
